What does the $250 per user include?
It's an all-in managed IT service built on Microsoft 365 E5, which includes the Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote), Outlook email, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive with expandable storage (up to 5 TB), Exchange calendar, Copilot AI capabilities, and Entra ID identity & access management. On top of that you get enterprise security and identity, device management via Intune, 24/7 cybersecurity operations, Teams phone, zero-trust networking, cloud access, unlimited cloud printing (Universal Print), and an unlimited help desk. Physical hardware and certain utilities are billed separately at cost.

We connect your third-party applications — Salesforce, Notion, Zoom, Brex, Paychex, Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, AWS and more — to your identity through Entra ID Single Sign-On, so your team reaches everything with one secure login. To be clear, we provide the secure access and integration; we don't resell these platforms, and you keep ownership of your own subscriptions. If you'd like, we can also manage these applications on your behalf, billed separately at cost.
Do you manage cloud servers?
Yes. We provision and fully manage servers, storage, and databases for your business — including setup, patching, monitoring, backups, and scaling — so you get enterprise cloud infrastructure without needing an in-house cloud engineer. We host and manage your environment across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Cloud usage is billed separately at cost with no markup, so you only pay for the capacity you actually use.
