Billing Transparency: Assets vs. Management

To keep our management fee predictable, physical assets and utility costs are billed as separate line items at cost:

  • Starlink Connectivity: we manage the connection; the monthly service fee and hardware are billed separately.
  • Voice Utility: we manage the Teams Phone system; the calling plan/minutes are billed separately.
  • Physical Hardware: laptops, desktops, printers, and desk phones are procured by us and billed to the client.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: servers, storage, and databases we provision on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are billed at cost based on your actual usage.
  • AI & Agent Development: custom AI agents and workflows are scoped and quoted per project, separate from your monthly plan.
  • Third-Party SaaS: specialized software outside the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Adobe, CRM) is billed separately.
  • Optional Add-Ons: Windows 365 Cloud PC, advanced AI & Copilot, full Microsoft Purview, and more — available on request and priced to what your business needs.
